We started with the church and then booked the reception.

Venue/ Date...... you need the date and a place to have it before the rest can really be planned.

The first thing we did was set a possible date and then went looking at reception halls.

Hey Congrats!!! i am in the same boat haha I plan on makig a guest list first with my FH and in-laws....then we r going to look at RH. Happy Planning

Congrats!
1. Date 2. Budget 3. Guest list so you know how big of a wedding you want and how much you can spend 4. RHs -- go visit a bunch, but have a vision of what you want your wedding to look like first so you can picture what it will look like all together. 5. Start posting here and people will give you more ideas than you can probably handle and you'll figure out what you should do after your first 4 items are complete and probably more to do before they are!
