Where to take e-pics?

Where to take e-pics?

We're getting married at the end of winter have finally have time in our schedules to get engagement pictures done but its freezing out!

I have a morning makeup trial in Murray Hill tomorrow and a late afternoon dress fitting in Chelsea and our photographer can do the e-pics in between in Manhattan.

FI suggested Central Park but I'm not wild about picture of us wearing big puffy jackets.
Other than Grand Central Station, where would be a good place for engagement pictures in NYC? Where did you get your e-pics done?

What about the indoor japanese garden at the metropolitan museum of Art? There is also Chelsea Market, which is indoors and you can get some very creative shots.

Yes there is also Grand Central and Chelsea Market. Can you do any of the museums in the city? Would Cloisters be open?
