PEPSI COLA SIGN: This neon Pepsi-Cola sign has stood in Long Island City since 1930. The sign is 60 by 100 feet and
marked Pepsi’s largest bottling facility in the 1940s. At its height about 3,000 people worked in the plant and it was a cornerstone to
supporting the neighborhood. In the 70’s shipping became less and less important to distribution and the plan eventually closed.
The Pepsi plant will be turned into residential apartments but the sign will remain as a historical landmark.

I think the beach is a great idea or central park. Those types of pics have a quiet peaceful background to them - not sure if i make sense but in my head i do!!!

....times square is very busy and your pics might come out with a busy-ness to them (hope that makes sense) but I am biased b/c living in this city I have learned to hate times square!!!! so it's prob just me!!!

But I'm sure wherever you take them will be aweome!!!

plus its a lil different...most people will do the beach or nature type pics so they will look very much like others pics

Then that sounds like the place to be!! I've got friends who've done it and they come out cool!! Just depends on style/preference and unique is exactly that!!

Just more ideas - what about where you two first met or had first date? Or what about Grand Central Station?

Re: where to take e-pics

OOOOOOOH! I just thought of where I'd do pics if I did e-pics.

On the NYC water taxi on the way over to red hook and all over red hook, brooklyn. I LOVE it there...with the old broken down cable cars and the old warehouse-like buildings....

LOVE LOVE LOVE it there.

If I could buy a place, I'd buy it in Red Hook in a SECOND.

ooh - I think I want e-pics now.

FH and I love(d) (I hate saying that now that we aren't Manhattanites ) going over to Red Hook to the new Fairway and hanging around at the wine bars....

That would be perrrrrfect for us....
