Where to take my mom for MOB dress?

Where to take my mom for MOB dress?

My mom is not at all enthusiastic about shopping for her dress. But, my wedding is in June and she needs to get on it and make a decision.

Soooo... any ideas where I can take her? Budget is $400 or less. She'd like to try cocktial length and floor length dresses and she's a size 14/16 or so. We live in Huntington.

My Mom went to Sugar Plum in Lynbrook they have alot of diffrent styles and all diffrent prices. Its on Merrick Road try it.

RK Bridal. they have tons of dresses and they have sample sizes up to 28 to try on. it is worth the trip on the LIRR to check it out. (walking distance from penn station)

We went to My Daughter's Wedding II in Great Neck and they had plenty of dresses and options for my mom to try on (she's more plus size than your mom, but they had all sorts of sizes). They were really great and helpful and definitely have things in your budget (and less).

I'd try Estelle's or David's Bridal. Avoid the wedding section at Estelle's though because those MOB gowns are EXPENSIVE! They have plenty of other nice gowns that aren't labeled as MOB that would be appropriate.

Estelles- big selection..
Totally You in Bellmore, (I think thats what its called) its pretty much a MOB dress store lol

I definitely vote for Totally You in Bellmore. That's where my mom bought her dress. FMIL bought her dress at Estelle's in Farmingdale.

My mom found her dress at Omnibus in Babylon. Its a small store, but nice dresses.

and Bridal Reflections in Carle Place has a lot of selections too...
