Where to take OT guests in NYC?

Where to take OT guests in NYC?

We're having some Canadian friends come before the wedding and they have never been to NY. They are arriving on Thursday afternoon and our wedding is Saturday! So we are pressed with time and probably only have one day to spend in the city.

They also seem to want to do everything!! The statue of liberty, empire state building, MET, ground zero, etc and I know we just can't manage to do that all in one day (and especially the day before the wedding!)We want to show them a good time with the time we have and try to pack in as much as possible. Does anyone have suggestions of tours, companies, things we should do, etc.??? Ihave never had the experience of showing anyone NYC before!

I should add that FH and I are also moving to Colorado immediately following the wedding... so this is also a goodbye New York trip for us and we are kind of excited about doing the touristy thing

I always suggest the Grey Line bus tours, they are hop on and hop off, so you can get on and off as much as you want. Plus it stops at ALL the landmarks! Empire state building, southstreet seaport, etc. My sisters husbands family is all from Canada and when they went into the city thats the tour they did and loved it. HTH!

I'm confused by those hop on and hop off tours... if you get off how long do you have to wait to be picked up again?!

not very long, you can hop on any other grey line bus that comes along! I'm not exactly sure how frequently they come and go, but there are tons of them all over the city every time i go.
