where to take pictures

i'm getting married at Chateau La mer and i love the place but i want to take pictures else were any suggestions???

again posted this in BHB (new at this starting to get the lingo) ... want your girls opnions too .. .since i'm new at this should i really post the same things in each section or just the one is good???

hey im getting married at clm also...i think we are going to take pictures at venetian shores...its a little town beach right in lindenhurst not far from there....

i live in lindenhurst ( right downt the block from CLM) and venetian shores is a great place or u can go to argyle lake/park they have a waterfountain and the lake its really pretty its in babylon. not far at all! HTH

on the docks by CLM, venetian shores, I am not sure if u can use bergen point country club .. i was planning to call to see if its even worth it since its small and i am not sure if its very pretty.

I plan to cut out getting pics of me getting dress to opt for a photo shoot at the Arboretum in E. Islip before we arrive at CLM to get the family shots on premise or the above locations.

I'm a CLM girl too. I wish I had more time between the ceremony and the CH because I would LOVE to go to the aboretum. Ask your photographer too... I'm sure they'll know where to go and what looks good. YAY! for CLM!!!!!!!

i think in a few months more into the new year we should make a official 2008 CLM thread. I figure to wait until more people start booking next year. I realize some people are not early birds like us.

Shoot i don't have any on my hard drive to post. I lost those pics due to a complete breakdown of my backup system. If i find any i will pass it your way.

I had never even though about going to another location because I booked my hall because they had pretty gardens. Then someone mentioned on the Fox Hollow Thread that you may not have access to all the gardens!! What is that? I have plenty of time to decide but maybe we will go to a nearby location for pics and then go to the Fox Hollow for the ceremony and reception!

I love Bayard cutting arboretuem (however it is spelled) I want to get my pictures taken there but am getting married in March...has anyone ever been in a March wedding. Is it hard to find a nice place at the time to get pictures out here in suffolk?

I have a march wedding and I plan to still have my pics taken at the arboretum depending if its raining or extremely cold. I plan to go their this march do a photo shoot of all locations on the grounds to show the photographer what i want. I will post them of course for everyone to view.

if you post pcitures that would be great .... i cant believe its only $50 to take picutres there at the old westbury graden it costs like $300
