My friend is getting married and I am in charge of throwing the bridal shower...it will be this December so it will have to be inside and on Long Island...Any ideas? Where did everyone have theirs?

I just had mine this past saturday at Villa Sorento in St. James, the food and service was wonderful. Plus, they have a great room.

Mine was at The Milleridge Inn. They have several rooms to chose from and the place is very nice.

I had mine at the Three Village Inn in Stony Brook, and it was great! Plus it's beautiful over there that time of year.

I highly recommend George Washington Manor in Roslyn. We had my sister's shower there and it was absolutely beautiful! They have a bunch of different rooms and I forget the name of the one we were in....but the room has high ceilings and has a staircase along one wall. My mom and I went to a bunch of restaurants when we were deciding on where to have her shower and the second I saw that room I knew it was the perfect place!!! GL!

I had two showers, one was at our close friend's house on the water with about 25 people. The other was at my mom's friend's house in Westchester for about 20 people. They were both lovely!

I had mine at my moh moms house in long island they rented table chairs and a tent it was amazing!!!!

milk and Sugar is great for a smaller... tea party like scene... hall like.. milleridge is amazing.. and easy to get to!

wow i have a lot to do ...thank you all...i had mine in the backyeard of a friends house cause it was summer and I loved that it was so nice a relaxing but since we have to do indoors i will be calling up and looking at all these places... anyone know prices? how much would you say is the norm price per person? thank you all again
