For all of you delivering at St Charles...I will RAVE about them forever! I had the best experience there.

Same here! It was a great experience! And I didnt have my own room. They are very good at giving everyone their own room until you absolutely HAVE to get a room mate. And I was there for 4 days!!

I've heard really good things about St. Charles too so I'm excited! I saw their L&D room on TLC Baby Story and it looks like a bedroom - it's beautiful!

the nurses and staff were so good at st charles. they were very supportive when i tried to bf and had a VERY hard time. i cried and cried that i was starving my baby, but they were great and never made me feel bad about asking for help or crying like a fool!!

I was in the labor room when my cousin was giving birth (at St Charles) and it was a nice room. I was also in there another time when my brother's girlfriend gave birth to my niece. They are very nice there.

I hope I have a good experience there too!

did you have your own room?

I didn't spend the extra $150 (I think) per night for the private room, but I was there for 4 nights and only had a roommate for 1 of them.
I love, love, love it there

I will be giving birth in St. Charles, I am the forth generation to deliver here on my dad's side of the family.

North Shore Manhassett. I had a good experience there with my daughter so my son will be there as well. It is a frightening thing when you have never been a patient before.
