Where is everyone staying for the night of the wedding?
I was planning on looking into: The Inn at Fox Hollow Huntington Hilton Melville Marriott
Any pros/cons about any of these?

I blocked rooms at the Huntington Hilton for guests. We are staying at our reception site. But the Hilton seems very nice. And they have a pool I think - and a nice brunch

Hi - We are staying at the Huntington Hilton. I must say looking for a hotel for everyone to stay at was difficult. I choose the Huntingon Hilton for two reasons. One. location - it is relatively close (20 minutes) to the chuch and reception hall. Two, most of my bridal party is from out of town and the Hilton has restaurants on site which will be helpful for guests with kids. Additionally the Hilton has suites esp for brides. My cousin stayed there last year the night of her wedding and highly recommended staying there.
I also looked at the Wingate in Garden City - I like this hotel, however it did not have a restaurant. Good Luck!

I checked out all 3 of those hotels - we are going for the Inn at Fox Hollow. All of the rooms there are suites and its so nice and actually less expensive than the other 2. If thats not available, I think that the Hilton is nicer than the Marriot.

I'm staying at the Harrison House in Glen Cove. It is a beautiful old mansion - I couldn't afford to get married there but the room rates are awesome - Only $139/night and that included breakfast the next morning. I am also allowed use of the grounds to take pictures before the wedding -

My guests will be staying at the Huntington Hilton. I will spend my wedding night at The Inn at Fox Hollow. I'll tell ya in three weeks how it was!
huntington hilton...I booked rooms there and booked the junior suite...I honestly couldn't think of why we would need a big suite for 1 night...

We are staying at Danford's in Port Jeff. At this moment, we arent having any out of town guests who need hotel rooms...so one less thing for me to worry about!

We stayed at the Harrison House in Glen Cove. We booked thier bridal suite @ $350 for the night and our guests stayed in the rooms there as well. We loved the fact they had the pub upstais, becuase after our wedding, which ended at 6 p.m., we were able to get some wings and beers there later that night. However, if I ever had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have spent the $350 for a bridal suite, the $139 rooms were just as gorgeous. But we did enjoy the hot tub in the bridal suite!!
