Which

place is better to go to in November? Weather, value, eetc. FH really wanted to go to St.John, Tortolla, & St. Thomas, but we're not going to be safe w/ it being hurricane season...

I voted for Tahiti because that is a once in a lifetime opportunity!!!!! There is a thread on the Pacific honeymoon's - you may want to ask them what they are paying - many of them got affordable rates!

I definitely think you should go to Tahiti. You can go to Mexico ANY TIME!!!!

Tahiti -- you will NEVER want to take that flight again... I t hink you should just do it!

IMO, I'd stay away from Mexico/Carribean..you're right on the edge of hurricane season and I wouldn't take the chance (I switched my HM because of this, but I'm a nervous person and had visions of switching my trip days before my wedding.) AND, it is the trip of a lifetime and should be something you'll never forget. That being the case, I vote for Tahiti.

Especially, if you're taking a good chunk of time off, Tahiti (IMO) is the way to go. It's a far, far ride and if you're going to travel so far, I think its only worth it if you'll be there for awhile.

You can always go to Mexico. But then again, I'm just giving you the logic I used (especially since Mexico was my original HM destination.)

If you are worried about hurricanes, I'd stay away from Mexico as well. You are travelling pretty late in the hurricane season so you most likely would be safe but, the way the hurricane season has been recently, I wouldn't want to chance anything.

I've been to Mexico in early December two different times and had two different weather experiences. It's chilly at night and warm during the day but, the first time it wasn't quite as warm and was somewhat cloudy.

Aruba is a safe place to go and Tahiti sounds wonderful.
