I apparently can get my cake from either of these place...

never heard of either one.... go for tastings at both,,,, and see what you like best also look at their designs,,,

oh ok. i think i have the same two options of bakeries. i'll prob check them both out, maybe go for tastings at both and see what each offer. you can ask the '08 brides and see who they used

I have heard good things about both, You shold go and ask if they dod tastings or buy little cakes from both

i had my engagement party cake from black forest and it was great. ive only heard good things about them.

ive heard nothing but excellent things about Black Forest for a few years now. Plus it was always packed everytime i drove past it (i lived right near there).

i got to try Audrey's few months ago and it was good.

However, cake is cake to me. I either like it or i don't depending on the sweetness factor.

With Audrey's i got to try Cannolli filled and hazelnut, carrot cake and a bunch of others. Icing was way too sweet (buttercream) but inside was perfect

Black Forest definelty! we are getting our cake from there its included in our package and plus we know the owners daughter

I am a part time baker, so I am very picky when it comes to bakeries, I have been to both and absolutely love Black Forest. Audreys is good too, but I always go to Black Forest.

I have tried Black Forest but not Audreys, but I really liked the cake I got from Black Forest

I have had alot of cakes from black Forest out by me and the cakes are really good!! And normally i dont eat cake at all, but i eat cake from black forest

i keep hearing great things about audreys...i havent tried them yet but i have seen some of their stuff and it loks great.

i guess im partial cuz our cake is coming from audreys

we just got a sample cake from Audrey's. It's $20 for a fondant sample cake. We got strawberry and french pastry cream as the filling. The cake tasted like typcial wedding cake. The buttercream that was under the fondant was REALLY REALLY sweet. The fillings tasted very good but I didnt feel there was enough, It was a thin layer that FMIL didnt even know there was french pastry cream. It was very pretty. I've never had black forest but Ive heard great things about them.

seriously, both are great..I really do actually like them...I have had cakes and cookies from both
