Have the girls try on both. Those 'bands' around the waistline can go either way depending onthe dress. Some are really flattering, whereas others are less so. It depends on the cut and your girls.
Both are gorgeous, but I think I'm also a bit partial to #2.

#1 is pretty, but unles all your bm's have a body like that model....go with #2!
