Hey girls, I'm having a difficult time deciding what type of casual plates to put on my registry. Which plates do you like more??? Plain white square plates (I only have a pic of the plate, the rest of the collection is simple and square shaped as well)?? OR Square plates with purple floral design???

I LOVE the purple floral design plates, I'm just so lost as to what it would go with (such as in table cloth, placemats, etc). I really don't know what colors it would go with besides white.

If you vote for the purple floral design, could you please suggest what color(s) it would go with??

TIA!!!

I LOOVE the 2nd design and wanted to register for it but a) they had no serving set at that time and b) I was being told it was being discontinued.

GET THE FLOWER ONE!!!

i love the purple flowers plates. another bride registered for these too and i thought they were so pretty. but i don't see why the purple plates have to match with everything else on the table.
i can see maybe matching your fine china with a placemat/tablecloth and stemware and glassware but not the everyday set. but thats jmo.
if you get a white placemat it will go and just stick with plain steinless steel for the utensils

The purple are awesome! You could do black, pink, maybe even some blues, and green. Grab a few table cloths that you like in the store and bring them over to the plates.
I would get a few sets of the white though also just to mix it up.
