Well I guess I'm in the minority...I like the comb. I think the headband would get lost in your hair. But I guess it really depends on what kind of look you are going for and what will complement your dress better.
Either way they are both really pretty, and I'm sure which ever one you will pick will look stunning.

THey always say focus on one or the other, since your neck will be bare I think it will be a nice balance if you have a higher/louder headpiece, get what I am saying?? Are you not wearing any necklace??. If you have no necklace then I would say the comb b/c it has more jazz to it.

I like the headband, I have something similar but only one row of sparkle and I went for my trial (I don't have my pics back yet) BUT my hairdresser was able to position the headband on an angle (not sure you could do that with 2 rows) but I liked it so much better. I want the same hairstyle as you, parted in the front, then the headband, and then my hair will be pin curled. I liked my trial a lot and it gave me a great idea of what I wanted.

I like the headband...have you tried it on at all, I know a lot of metal headbands tend to be uncomfortable, that would be my only concern.

If it is comfy, I say go for it, it is beautiful.

Stef, I am probably chiming in a bit late but I like the comb better for that hair style. I think the headband will way down the style a bit. They are both nice but I thinkfor the hair style you are going with, the comb is more practical.

For the hairstyle you want, I'd go with the comb. With the headband being placed against your head, it won't even show up unless you tilt your head down and you're actually looking for something to accent the bun part...right?
The headband won't do that. Even though it's very pretty.

I vote for the comb with the hair style you posted - I think it will show up better. The headband, while gorgeous, will get lost with this hair style. Good Luck!!

Love #2- since I have been telling you that for weeks and I saw the headband on you upclose. I think the comb will stand out a bit more. And since you are not wearing your veil the entire day I like something more noticable in your hair.

I think comb is more appropriate for the wedding, headband looks more everydayish and may get lost in your hair. But it depends if you want a chunkier jewelry look or a very light jewelry look.

I love the headband! It is so elegant. I agree with whoever said the comb has a lot going on (Claud maybe?).

With the hairstyle you're going for, I would go with the comb. I think the headband would be too flat or lost with your hairstyle.

I love the headband, but I think the comb would go better with that hairstyle. The handband would be too little for that hairdo. I think it's beauty would be lost in the hair.

Also, from the your post about the dress and balancing things out, I think that the comb with be the better option for balance. It has more going on.

I like the comb.. wow, so your gonna go for Kate's hair. I loved her prom due and dress at those awards! Did you get another trial done?? I thought you were going with the sarah jessica parker/jenni garth style??

I think this hairstyle will look better for yo, the other one seemed kinda flat. And I just hate severe hairstyles like that.

705: Im sort of mixing the Sarah Jessica style with the Kate Beckingsdale one. I never really was too crazy about the jenny (too messy for me). I put the Kate photo up because thats how I want the front of the style to look so I figured it would me more helpful for the headband vs. comb decision. Giong for yet ANOTHER trial Sept 7.

I vote for the headband-here's a pic of my headband(very similar) on my head w/ hair trial(my hair was sort of trashed from trying on headpieces & veils-but you can get the idea)

I'm voting for the comb

I think that the headband is too thin and will not be noticeable enough. I think the comb is perfect...enough to stand out but, not too much. I think I know the look you are sort of going for,(Carrie from Sex & The City at Charlotte's wedding, with the front to look like Kate?) and I think the comb will be perfect for it.
