both look great on you and are nice...i think i like #1 better though, i prefer the fabric on that and the look of it...but i like the top part on 2 where its rouched (just around the chest area)

i LOVE LOVE LOVE the 2nd one. nothing against strapless dresses, but everyone is wearing them, so i personally would pick #2 - simply b/c it's absolutely gorgeous and looks amazing on you and b/c it's different
