This has nothing to do with my wedding, but with my cousins wedding. He his getting married this saturday at 11:30am and reception is right afterwards at 12:30pm. because it's a day wedding, i don't know if i should wear a cocktail dress or full length dress. the first one is a navy blue cocktail dress, the other is full length gown, light purple with sparkles. both r speghetti straps. should i wear the short dress or the long dress? the reception is at the sandcastle.

Oooh. The light purple dress sounds really pretty. Since it's an afternoon wedding in spring, it might be nice to wear a lighter color.
But then again, this is coming from someone who wore a short black cocktail dress to an afternoon wedding last year.
