The first 2 pictures are the same dress - it is really hard to see the detail in the first picture.

Yeah it is really hard to see the details. The first dress you can see better on this page:

I guess this address take you to the main page. The dress is in the 2005 collection uder chic.
It has this great bead work that goes around the waist and defines the dress.
The second dress falls more A line and does not gather as much on.
