I chose the hot cocoa. I think too many people to candles, so its become unoriginal. Also, not many people use them in actuality. JMO

I love the hot cocoa Idea, and the packets are adorable. I have gotten candles as favors, and I think I actually forgot one at the reception hall once

i dont know if its like a new trend..but every wedding ive been to, the favors were really nice..like large glass salad bowls, sushi sets..

but on liw the brides give out 1$ favors... im sorry im guna get a lot of negative comments..but i dont care.. i LOVE the candles and i would be happy with them..but i wouldnt be able to give such a small gift... thats just me. a packet of cocoa? yea thanks lol.. i knowwwwww im coming off like a bish, i dont mean to..im just being really blunt.. nothign personal to any1

the hot chocolate is so cute for the winter, i was thinking of that too! maybe you can find mugs that you can get for cheap and have hot cocoa and mugs as favors!

i noticed that you did not say if this is for your wedding favor. i have to agree with grkbarbie here in regards to not getting such little favors at weddings. i feel that candles are totally sweet 16. maybe if you add something to the coco packs that would be a good idea.

I love the idea of the hot chocolate with a mug for a wedding, but if this is a Save The Date for your e-party, then the packet by itself is fine.

welli think the candy jar is more practical..i'd keep it on my desk at work and use it :D BUT i'm such a dork and love sparkly things so I say the candle

i agree. i come from an italian family so if i didn't give something like a dish or bowl, etc... i would be frowned upon. so although my favors will be more expensive, i will only end up giving one per couple, per family, etc.

As someone mentioned I did not say whether or this was all I was giving... your opinons are always welcome, but becareful of the judgements, its unnescessary....

Keep in mind....Some brides so not have as much money as others and make do with dollar favors or other cut backs...why would anyone pass judegment on them?

Pretty much everybody drinks hot chocolate and it's a very cute idea. I would give something else with it but thats just me. I actually got that exact favor from a wedding in a bag with hersey kisses. I used it and it didn't rot on a shelf like most favors.

I have gotten some horrible favors. I got a mix CD of songs the couple liked/ played at their wedding (at two different weddings). That was all they gave as a favor.
