Sea bass is the best -we chose it for our wedding!!!!!! I love salmon too, but it seems as if you can get that anywhere....JMO!!!!

i agree...salmon is very common and I do not like Tilapia (one of the only fish I don't like) Sea bass is GREAT!

I would go for the talapia. I only like Chilean sea bass and uncooked salmon. :)

We have a choice between the Salmon and the Tilapia at our RH... We're going with Salmon since it seems to be the more popular among our guests.

We had a fantastic salmon that people just couldn't be convinced to try. It's a shame, really. It wasn't too pungent or too fishy. Herb-crusted, creme fraiche....I knew ahead of time that people wouldn't go for the salmon, but it was absolutely the better dish.

Anyway, in this list, I picked the Tilapia.

i picked sea bass b/c i like it the best but after reading the menu...i would go for the salmon b/c of what it came with

so in your case...salmon

I'm not a big fan of Salmon to begin with, but i feel it's been overdone at functions

Chilean sea bass are being over-fished and will soon be endangered species, so I just stay away from all sea bass to be on the safe side

tilapia is a mild-flavored fish and my favorite of the 3.

I am a big fish person (plus my FH is an obsessive fisherman) so salmon is out of the question. There is no way to have it fresh. I would order the sea bass because it is so local compared with the other two. But not if it was labeled 'chilean' sea bass because that is typically false adverstising...

def tilapia!!! such a mild fish. def on the safer side. then mayyyyybe salmon (tho im not crazy for it. seems everybody chooses that for wedding menus..its the 'gratuitous wedding fish'). not sea bass. now sure how much of a crowd pleaser that is.

I like both Salmon and Sea Bass better. The thing with Tilapia is that while it can be a 'safe' fish choice, it can also be either really bland or very fishy tasting.

I voted for Tilapia only because it's the only one I like. I never had bass before and I don't like salmon.

Not sea bass, but either of the other two.

People tend to think of salmon as particularly 'healthy' so they might like seeing that as an option? But I prefer tilapia so that's what I voted for.
