which florist should i go to if.....

i have absolutely no idea what i want for centerpieces!

i don't want to go to someone who is going to expect me to know what i want. i hear burton's doesn't help you if you have no idea.

does national wholesale florist help you? i just know i want them low.

ETA--i've narrowed it down quite a bit! i have 3 more florist appts next week as i'm not very happy with what i've seen so far.

I went with James Cress Florist and he really helped me put together what I wanted.

I went to Flowers By Emil and had no clue.. just a million different ideas.. Carmine, pulled out a book of flowers in my season, showed me pics on the internet, and also showed me individual flowers and we designed the CPs and Bouquets together.. he was really very helpful. On top of that he is making us a sample CP next week... I will definately post a pic when I get it...

I would go to a few florists and shop around and tell them what you like and see what they come upwith for ideas.

Ya know there are quite a few threads on these boards that show bo-ks and CPs and other flowers. Search them out to get some ideas.

I walked into National and had no clue of what I wanted. I booked on the spot.

i know--i've already saved and printed out tons of pictures--but they're of ALL different types of flowers!

i've got great ideas, just can't narrow it down!

Same here, James cress was really helpful. I am using them & getting low CP's with candles arranged in the centerpiece. I am going to see my sample tomorrow. I will post pics afterwards.
