so i am still thinking about a different dress....my original one seems like way too much work, time, and $ to get it the way i want it....we will see....but i went to lilettes yesterday and tried these 2 on. which do you like better, and why? i liked them both, but i am leaning more towards the first, i am not crazy about the pleats in the back of the 2nd dress. they are both casablanca.

dress one front:

dress one back

dress two front:

***JUST ADDED***
here is the train on my current dress that i am so in love with.....

this is the front of my current dress just to compare with the others....

i actually really want a long train. they actually both have similar length trains but it is hard to tell in the pics.

well....the original dress has straps (spagetti straps) and no corset or anything. i want the straps removed and b/c of all the beadwork and crystals on it is pricey to take in and i am worried that i wouldnt get the push up that i will really need from the corset. i am still looking into other seamstresses, the first one i went to want to to charge tons of money and didnt even sound too confident in takeing the straps off. so i am just worried if i keep it and get the work done that there is a possibilty that it may not work out the way i want it too and i will end up blowing tons of $ and be stuck with it anyway....i know i am crazy, but that is my thought process here.

the hemline is also a great deal o work to take up, so again, it is a pricey job and time consuming job. so i would need to find someone really good with the time.

i love 'your' dress but i DO see how it could be kind of hard to make it how you want it

so i am going with #1 it has the perfect amount of detail on top AND bottom!

do you think the beadwork is too much on the original one? i am also a little worried about that...here is a close up of it. dont mind the look on my face, lol.
