OK, I've narrowed my invites down to 2 and I like both almost equally! After looking through books with various fancy designs I decided to keep it simple and elegant but would love some input! Here's one option-I'd probably use a gold font and liner- the invitation person I'm workig with said it'd work well. (the pic is silver font) I like that it's plain with nice details.
Or this simple card with a textured backround- it's also plain with nice texture and detail.
TIA!

Re: Which invites?
I really like the 1st one. I think it's simple but elegant and would look beautiful in gold.

Re: Which invites?
Thanks for the great replies!! The first one is from a company called Simple but Elegant - their stuff is GREAT- it's exactly what the name says- they are a little more detailed or have special touches on the traditional plain cards (larger format, different folds...etc).
I wanted to do my own but had such trouble finding envelopes that would work and I wanted to get the text printed professionally and mount it to my paper. If I wasn't finishing my last semester in college I would have tried. My invite person also pointed out that my backing paper was a little weak and would need reinforcement- it was getting too complicated esp given that we didn't start planning until Sept!! Maybe I'll do a version of it for my MOH bridal shower when she gets engaged!
My BM are all dissapointed- they loved the invite and wanted to help but I still have vendors to book and that's more important! Plus- they weren't coming out any cheaper!
