I want to insure my e-ring..what should I do?

But I've heard Jeweler's Mutual was a good insurance if you don't have renter's/owner's insurance or don't want to do it through them.

I rent a house. So I have renter's insurance. I added my engagement ring as a rider on the insurance. I am not sure if this is the exact explanation, but it is an addition added on to the insurance policy. HTH

State Farm offers a 'personal articles policy'. You can insure anything - be it jewelry, laptop, etc. You just pay a % of the appraised value. The % depends on the area you live.
