Here's Bill Levkoff my sister's a genius- she was able to do the color and copy it for me!! She fixed the color so that it looks closer to navy too! We'll have a white sash.
ETA And now she colorized the back- WOOHOO!!
This is Jordan. the detailing would be a little more noticable, probably more silvery and sparkly. We would NOT use the gloves, not with a summer wedding!

I totally love the first one. But I will tell you what I have told others about that dress. Its very heavy so if you having a totally outdoor wedding in the summer this would be a lot to try to wear in the heat. I wanted this dress as well until I had my sister try it on. She is very petite and just did not look great on her...kind of like a little girl playing dress up. I would have chosen it...but my MOH is even more petite then my sister...so no go. Make sure she tries it on and considers the time of the year.

Definitely something to consider...thanks! It is quite heavy...but soooo beautiful. I won't be having an outdoor ceremony, but of course we'll be taking pics outside. They tried both on and it looked great on both of them- that's why I'm leaning towards this one. But I do see your point about the heaviness...
There is another dress....by Bella Formals. My sister colorized it, but i don't think we can have a white sash- I think it will end up being navy as well. Kind of a Bill Levkoff-lite, if you will.

If we went with Bill Levkoff- do you think its too weird to go with this Jr BM dress, as they have white top, blue bottom, blue sash? Is that an odd mixup?

Just a thought, did you consider Bill Levkoff #557? It's a similar look in tissue taffeta, comes in a dark blue ('indigo' I think). Don't know if your heart is set on navy, but the fabric falls beautifully and is definitely lighter than satin. You have the option of a contrasting sash with that one too.

#1, it's fits any body size comfortably. My girls are wearing the same dress.

Yes, we did try that one on...for some reason we liked the look of satin better. Would the satin really be too heavy for summer? Now I'm concerned...but I soooo love the look and it looked so great on my sisters!
