Which necklace for bridesmaids?

The bridesmaids dress is below...it is going to be in pink (like in the picture from the website). I wasn't sure which necklace I should get. I found these 2 that are pretty...but not sure if they go or not. Would you suggest either of these...or think I should keep looking for something else???

Def the beaded. I love that necklace and its perfect for the neckline of the dress. You don't want to have something too small leaving so much empty skin up top. IMO. I voted

I'm biased... I gave my girls the circle diamonds (got a SICK deal at Macys for them)... they are still wearing them... I think it depends on what you are looking for.. the diamond is more of a simple, elegant look where the dress is the focal point and the necklace is the accessory... I think the beaded necklace makes both the dress and the necklace a focal point. What type of jewelry are you wearing? I was tempted to get black beaded pendant-like necklace for my girls but changed my mind because I didn't wear a necklace.
