is the only difference that one is real diamonds and the other is CZs?

it's a tough choice - i think the CZ one is prettier but real diamonds are well, real .... i'd prob buy the real diamond one.

Its driving me nuts LOL yea exactly. Not sure what to do but I have to act fast because I know this will sell out quickly. I tried to buy it once before and I saved it to go back and it was GONE!! I was so pissed LoL
