table number cards (reg cards...Mr. and Mrs. ___, table number _ )

or

table seating chart (one huge chart that people find their names on and go to the table directly, will be at the main entrance way of the ballroom)

I've found cards to be easier in my situation - I had a couple of lovelies decide, after I made them all, that they didn't want to sit with this one or that one so changing them wasn't horrible. I would hate to have to redo a chart.

I really like the idea of the chart the only thing I don't like about it is that it will force people to make a line to see where they are sitting

Once in a while, I like the traditional stuff, so table number cards are my vote.

it's 18x24 I think.

Not sure if they can rush shipping.

I vote for cards but I did do a chart for my rehearsal dinner. I think its a bit more casual fun idea but not for a wedding.

I totally wanted to have one and then I started talking to my boss one day about it and that's exactly what he said that people will look and then forget and keep having to go back. dont worry your not the only one
