to be honest i have been to med manor and i didnt like the food there ( or the service to be really frank)- JMO

In general the location of the med manor is not so desireable. I have never been there in there though. THe Huntington townhouse is a nice place.

What about scotto brothers? chateau briand, westbury manor and fox hollow are great and beautiful.

My brother had his wedding at Med Manor, and let me tell you for the price they do great wedding, the ceremony was held there also in another room. B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L............... I've heard horror stories about the old Huntington Townhouse.( Toooooo many brides at once they get confused) Check BBB that might help you.

is there a reason as to why you have narrowed it down to these 2? i have no experience w/ either hall, so i cannot commet. there are so many beautiful reception sites on LI w/ a wide range of prices. visit locationsmagazine.com or check out ny bride magazine.

i would keep looking. too many weddings at one at the Huntington Townhouse and frankly, i felt the Med. Manor was tacky. My FI liked it, but only cause of the price. We were quoted the same price at the Fox Hollow for their winter garden room, which is amazing, and you get TONS of food.
