i want to substitue one of the fish dishes on my menu for duck. which one of these would you get rid of?

i have no idea what orangy roughy is so that's what i picked.
a lot of older folks like salmon and i looove stuffed shrimp.

I agree, I wouldn't get rid of the stuffed shrimp, it sounds delish!

I've never had orange roughy, but DH has and doesn't like it. He pretty much likes anything. I also think your guests are probably more inclined to order the other 2 options over orange roughy.

I never heard of orange roughy either, I LOVE stuffed shrimp and starting to like salmon, so I voted for the orange roughy.

I don't know what orange roughy is so I voted for that. Stuffed shrimp and salmon are much more popular so I would def stick with those 2.

Roughy is a white fish, kind of like sea bass I'd say. Anyway, I voted to get rid of the roughy.

I'd get rid of the orange roughy. It just sounds ugly. I love anything with shrimp and salmon is always a favorite!

Orange roughy is different than your salmon or shrimp dishes. But you are putting in duck which isn't ordinary either. I think you would get more 'bites' from the duck than the oragne roughy without giving up the uniqueness of your menu.

i did that exact substitution at fh. i got rid of the orange roughy. the duck was awesome!
