Which 'perfect pair' favor?

Our Wedding theme is the 'perfect Pair'.
Which favor do you like better?
1- The pear S & P shaker
2- The pear candles

the candles, i'd probably get more use out of them than the salt and pepper shakers since i already have a set.

The candles because I can display them in my living room where everyone can see! The S&P are cute but would end up hiding in my kitchen!

This is a toughie! I LOVE the s&p shakers, but I think the candles are slightly more practical. How do you feel about guests choosing their favor? Is getting an assortment of both and letting guests pick on their way out an option?

the salt and pepper shakers, i dont think i would actually use the candles

I think the 50/50 is an awesome idea.

Edit

What about using the candles as your place cards and pin the card to the candle. If you want ot so the salt and pepper shakers then do one per couple.

Go for the candles!!!!! People will most likely have S&P shakers.

I vote salt & pepper shakers.

I am personally just over candles - have received so many at the events I've gone to the past few years. But that's just me - they are cute candles, though!
