I voted for the shells. They're just so different, I love the idea for a beach theme!! I'm not so much into starfish, but they're cute too!

Both are really cute, but personally I like the stars better. They are great!

it's a cute idea---different.

i'd say the shells---i'd rather go pick my name off a shell than a starfish.

Re: WHICH PLACE SETTING DO YOU LIKE BETTER?

I like them both, but I think some people may be a little grossed out by the starfish.

I also like that the shells are the place card, instead of the starfish just being attached to the place card.

Re: WHICH PLACE SETTING DO YOU LIKE BETTER?

I like the starfish, because it's more original.

However if the shells were more of a darker color, like beige, then the shells would be good as well.
