i really like the 3rd one, but i would say try it on to make sure it is comfortable enough. otherwise i also like #1

I like the front of the 3rd shoe but that heel will definitely kill you. Also make sure that you can walk with the sling backs I have had problems with them falling down & I hate having to pick them up every 5 mins. Out of the other 2 I like the 1st one but I am biased mine are exactly the same in the front but have a strap that goes around my foot too.

1st one I think goes best with your dress.

The third one is pretty but I can't see them as being comfortable.

They are all nice but I like the 2nd the best because the bow is a bit different.

If you are looking for comfort I would go for either #1 or #2 both are nice. Comfort is sooooo important. #3 is nice but your feet will kill you.
