Which small favor with the donation?

I am doing a donation favor in a scroll but I want to put it with something little for our guests. I have two different ideas:
1- small sachets of lavender(this is also our throw when we leave the church)- about 60 to make them
2- lottery ticket for each guest- about 150 including the card including the glassine bags for 125 guests

Which would you do? The money isn't that big a deal breaker even though the lottery tickets are more.
