For me, I didn't think ANYTHING could be worse than madonna's butcher job on Don McLean's American Pie
THEN
I heard Fred Durst use a speak and spell in the atrocity he calls a cover of The Who's 'Behind Blue Eyes'. It's one of my favortie songs and the saddest part of Fred Durst's cover travesty is that Roger Daltrey wrote the song at age 12, and yet an adult Fred Durst manages to completely devoid it of all meaning and otherwise eff it up entirely

I enjoyed both of those covers I hate Baby got back. I hate that people love the fact that they know every word and must sing along

This sin't true of the two that mentions, but with anger and she bangs..I just don't think you need a cover of a song that's only been out a few years..come ON..
I also don't think people should try to cover classics, as I mentioned above

Gloria Estefan's cover of Vicki Sue Robinson's 'Turn the Beat Around.' Gloria Estefan sounds like she is holding her nose - in just about EVERY song she sings.
And yes, whoever let Madonna cover American Pie should be tarred, feathered and then shot!

That song thats on KTU every five minutes,'I like it when we go to extremes'. That has to be the dumbest song I have ever heard.
