As I am doing the final count i need to figure out who eats. Help would be great.

We didn't have a videographer.
But we fed the two photographers and the band, it came out to ten people all together.

Your videographer and his helper, photographer and his/her assistant, and your dj. Normally what you do is anyone that is with you all day/night gets a meal.

yes, all vendors who remain for the day/reception will be eating.

Remember: vendors don't go toward your final count. They are a separate count!

yeah, my hall told me that they count vendors towards the final count if we're under our minimum. It definitely depends on the hall.

Yes... like the ladies stated above. Whoever works on the day of and staying for the duration of the wedding.

you should feed all of your vendors that will be there for the reception, it is customary to do so. They will be working for 6+ hrs and i am sure they will get hungry. Usually you pay half price for them.
