just make sure to ask your dj co how many guys will be there. Sometimes they bring a rodie to help load and do things during the party so that MIGHT be another body that you wont know about or be expecting.
Dont you wish there was a discount on the contracts because we have to pay to fed all these people in addition to paying them to be there for the night!!
WOW it adds up so quickly

If you are serious about bringing food to your hall be sure to ask them about it before hand as most wont allow it due to health department regulations.

well at least pack 2 sandwiches lol bc for example photographers are with you for about 10 hours

but also if you use house vendors alot of RH's either feed them for free or half price...Also some Rh's have the option to give them other things other than the entree meals you are serving

Alot of girls had said Dj's many times will eat before the party and even when it is offered to them they don't take it
