Re: Which Vendors eat?
All vendors that work thru the day should be fed, i.e., photographers, video person, DOC, probably my bus driver who is providing trans for BP and OOT guests.
Not feeding: florist, and specialty car driver since they will be there only during set up.
ETA: My DJ of course !!!!!!

Re: Which Vendors eat?
I'm feeding all of them. I can't let them go without eating. Need to keep them full of energy and hydrated I know if I was in their shoes I'd want to be fed.
So I will be feeding
2 photographers/1 videographer DJ and his assistant My DOC and anyone else if need be.

Re: Which Vendors eat?
My dj said that he would rather not have us pay for dinner for them, they would rather have it in a tip. So we will not be feeding djs, WIll be feeding photographer and assistant, videographer, and thats it
