Which way? (with poll)

i am a natural brunette, but for many many years i highlighted my hair. about 2 years ago i started dying it back to my natural color.

I liked it brunette... but i never felt like myself.
recently i went and had my highlights done again (they are not exactly how i want them because of the dark color underneath the highlights are more brown in some areas) but anyway... everyone loves it highlighted and say it goes better with my skin tone.. but now i dont know.. i dont know if i like it and am thinking of going back to a brunette again.

i figure having 7 months left till the wedding gives

well the one thing that stood out to me in the post is that you said as a brunette you never really felt like yourself.

The two brunette pics are very different shades, right? I like the first brunette pic best of all.

thanks yes.. the first 2nd is darker becauset was to cover up the highlights and we were figring out the color i wanted... i didnt like it THAT dark either. if you click my profile the pick there is my natural color.. or closest to

thanks.. i know i think i like light for summer.. but then i think that when i get older am i going to keep highlighting? when i have kids - im going to go back to natural b/c you arent really suppose to color your hair.. so do i want to have my wedding pics with hightlights? arrgg.. i hate this.. i dont know what to do

oh then this is more complicated hahaha...well for the past two months ive been trying to decide between blonde and red for the wedding. Last week it all just became very clear, so it will eventually come to you. Ive also learned that you have to do what you are most comfortable in and makes you feel like yourself rather than hearing what everyone else wants you to do. Either way you'll look beautiful

thanks D! Im leaning towards the brunette i think.. i think i am better off staying natural.

when i went back to brunette and looked at older pics i felt like i saw all differnt hair colors and like i was looking at a different person.
i dont want to feel like that when i take my wedding pics and look back as say one way and my hair was a different color.. things like this bother me haha

well see ill have to think about it some more obviously.

So are you keeping the red or going back to blonde???
