So we booked our rehersal with the church tonight.
We are having about 25-30 people including spouses & SO
Our place is not big enough to sit all those people

even if its a regular restaurant, just ask them to print an amended menu that will keep under a certain $ amount.

Exactly or have the wait staff come to the table and announce the choices to everyone. Almost any restaurant will do this for you.
