Which would you choose???

My fiance and I are having a hard time deciding between a lot of places. We seem to have narrowed it down between Secrets Resorts, Excellence Resorts and a Rosewood Resort hotel called Las Ventanas al Paraiso. They all seem to offer the most for your money. Which would you choose or which have you heard the best things about?? Have you been to any of them or hear good things??
