Which would you prefer at CH? POLL

Sushi or Seafood Bar. I was orginally going to do both, but after looking at the budget last night, i may need to cut back on one.

I would personally prefer the seafood bar, but I wouldn't be disappointed with sushi either. I think it's a safe bet that more people will eat from the seafood bar than the sushi bar.

I dont eat any type of seafood at all but I voted for the seafoad boat. Sushi is fun and different but I think in general more people will eat whats on the seafood boat.. esp. if you have alot of older guests. - JMO

I'd go with the seafood...many people are either allergic or don't like seafood to begin with...sushi sitting out....too much of a risk with germs and the fact that it is uncooked...

SHRIMP!

Idon't eat raw seafood, so at least the seafood bar as shrimp whichis cooked.

However, objectively, An older crowd ( especailly Italian) would probably prefer the seafood.
A younger, hipper crowd ( esepcially people that live in NYC or travell a lot) would probably prefer Sushi.

Seafood bar seems like it has more. A better variety maybe. I hate to use the word better.

I think people like both but just a little bit of sushi can really fill you up & they still have a whole meal coming.

I love seafood so I would go with a seafood station, the sushi sounds good but I don't know alot of our guests who would eat it.

personally I do not like sushi so I would say go with the seafood bar...

it depends on the crowd. - if you have a large group of younger people that you know would go for the Sushi, I'd do that b/c it's different.
The seafood bar is always safe and always popular w/ everyone though

I would do sushi but depends on your crowd -- are they shellfish people?
I just read that again and thought it sounded funny -- sheelfish people, kind of sounds like smurfs.

I agree - but as long as the seafood bar isn't a raw bar.

If its between a raw bar and a sushi bar I think I would go for the sushi bar.

Go for seafood bar. Sushi is an acquired taste and not a lot of people like it.
