White after Labor Day..

Although it is no longer a fashion faux pas to wear white after Labor Day, would you ladies be so inclinded to do so?

I would wear it. If it looks hot on, then I could care less who looks twice at me.

I think we debated this before memorial day, LOL. My best friend is a fashion designer at one of the big labels and told me that the 'white rule' is no longer valid. I have a beautiful white fitted blazer she gave me and I wear it whenever! I wouldn't wear white shoes, just IMHO.

I'm not so strict about the date...but the season yes...if its chilly out...I don't like white...

The only thing I would still adhere to is no white shoes or pocketbook...but I don't wear those in the summer either...

That rule went out the window so long. In the stores closer to New Year they have white pants suits, I would wear it if I had something. I hate white shoes tho'

I just added white to my wardrobe this summer - 2 white linen button downs. I am more of a black person so I personally wouldn't be inclined to wear white...ESP white shoes. I can't tell you how bizarre it was for me to buy a wedding dress & white shoes!

I do, however, like a winter white...creamier, I suppose.

I like winter white as well...I think white white is too bright for the winter...maybe its just been instilled into my head...

I usually stick to Off White, but who cares. Wear what you want.
Well maybe not the shoes though

I don't care as much about color as I do about fabric. I wouldn't wear linen in the late fall and spring and I wouldn't wear wool in the late spring and summer. Cashmere is something I will wear all year if it is cool enough.
