I can't find the paper w/ the info, but I did a search on this web site about a month ago. If you go and do a search into old messages posted, you could probably find the responses and phone numbers. Good luck! And if I find it, I will post the info.

Thank you so much! I did a search and found your previous e-mail. I have contacted the vendors and hope to hear from them soon. Did you go with any one of them? or did you change your mind about having doves released?

I am using Wedding Wings. They are $200 for 20 birds (and if you and the groom want to hold one you can). You can expand or downsize the package if you want. Contact: Frank (631)289-6473

I will get you the number, I have to look through my things. I think it was called DOVES OF LOVE ? (yikes, cant remember) I just want to tell you it was SOOO WORTH IT ! They even give 75 birdseed thingies wrapped in your color ribbon... Are you having an outdoor ceremony ?

I didn't decide yet. I loved the idea at first, but I'm concerned about the actual release. I know this may sound funny, but what if they go to the bathroom once they are in the air? YIKES...can you imagine all over you and your guests! Let me know how it works out.

I am having an outdoor ceremony! I too was worried about the birds pooping on my guests. I was told they put the birds on a special diet right before the release and the birds fly with their hind legs back so they don't drop on the guests. I will go with the 10 doves for $100.00

Hey Amy, That's great! So you are getting married on a Friday. Smart move! It is cheaper. I was thinking about moving mine to Friday, but I am already in contract with photographers, and the halls, it will be too much to change. we can keep in touch and find out how everything is going. Is everything almost done? I ordered my bridesmaids dresses today, and My first fitting is May 3rd. Keep in touch.

Actually I'm getting married on a Sunday....yours is the day before mine. The days were all about the same price, but I chose Sunday because Villa Lombardi's was booked for 3 years in advance in the summer months and that was the only available day!!! I would have preferred a Saturday as you have....feels more like a night to party!!! I'm almost done with everything....it's just the little details that are left...and those are proving to be the hardest! Did you hire someone for hair yet? I need a recommendation desperately!! And for bridesmaid gifts too.....

AMY
Oh sorry Amy, You did say my wedding was the day before yours. You are lucky that you have everything almost done, I wish I was that lucky. My maid of honor is a beautician, so all of the bridesmaids(6) and myself are taken care on that issue. And it's free. I am fortunate on that part. I am searching for a make-up artist and I too am in search for bridesmaids gifts. Let me know what you come up with.Welcome New Vendors
