Am I supposed to wear a white dress to my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner?? I have a dress that I was planning on wearing for the bridal shower but it's teal!
i didn't wear a white dress for my shower. I am for my rehearsal but only because i love it not because its white.

Wear what makes you happy. My favorite color is blue, so I wore a blue dress to my shower and an off white/black/blue dress for my rehearsal.

I haven't given it much thought. I do know that I am going to get an outfit and give it to my sister to hold on to so I can change haha
I just wanted my shower dress to look 'bridey' lol. So I do have an ivory colored dress with a colored sweater for my shower. For my Rehearsal though I have a nice new blue dress.
I heard this saying also.. I ended up wearing navy blue lace dress to my shower and i have a teal and bright orange dress to my rehearsal dinner. whatever makes you happy and comfortable :)
I personally love white/ ivory dresses, so I'm wearing a white dress with pink lace trim to my shower. For my bachelorette party, I think I'm wearing white, or a black and ivory dress. My rehearsal dinner dress is champagne and ivory. It is totally up to you and your personal preferences. I've seen a lot of brides wear colored dresses to their wedding events, so you should go with whatever makes you happy.
