white or ivory

What does everyone think of an ivory dress? I'm tring to decide.

i'm wearing ivory, a lot of girls are. See what they look like with your skin tone. Try on white dresses and ivory dresses, and you will be able to tell which color looks better on you.

In the end, no one will know what color you are wearing, they are very hard to tell apart.

It definitely depends on which flatters your skin tone...I tried on an ivory dress with blush accents and LOVED it. But in the end, I went with another dress in diamond white- I think that's the perfect color- not too stark white, and not as dark as ivory.

Depends on what looks best with your skin tone, though I think most people look great in ivory. I'm wearing diamond white, actually, because my dress doesn't come in ivory. I look awful in white, as I'm very fair-skinned with freckles...

Do you find that the dress looks more white in the picture? I have some pics of me in mine and in the pics it looks white. When I went back to the bridal store, I was kinda shocked of how ivory my dress was after looking at my pics all week.

So, I find that in pics dresses look more white. What do ya'll think?

Also, is it hard to find the exact color ivory tux for the groom?

In pics, they look white... but if you wear ivory, just make sure that the guys wear ivory shirts with their tuxes. If you have just ivory, it'll look white in pics. If you have ivory next to white, the ivory will look dull / yellowish by comparison.

See what works with your skin-tone and then decide. It all looks white in pictures, so it's really up to you and how it looks.

i originally ordered in Ivory, but the next day changed to white. Looking at the pics of i had taken it was too deep ivory for me. But again its all personal choice and they both look great.

I wore an ivory and champagne dress. It looked much better with my skin tone.

both are beautiful, depending on the dress and your skin color.

I would go with whatever looks better with your skintone. For me, ivory made me look VERY 'blah' and I knew I couldn't wear it.

Just go with whatever you like more. A lot of girls are even wearing COLOR dresses now!

ditto. Ivory looked awful on me and did not stand out at all compared to white wedding gowns i tried on. Depends on skin tone so try on both.

I obviously went w/a white gown
