No but some places offer it. .and I dont think the price woud be too extreme if the place has it already in stock

We had tulle draping added to the ceiling at our RH, by our Florist. You should check with your florist for pricing, I doubt you'd be able to find someone to come to your hall *just* to do the ceiling.

That is the ceiling of my room in my hall-they left it up, after the Scotto daughter's wedding, but I wanted to add it to my entire room and I contacted the right person in regards to having it done and have received one email and no quote. I would really love the romantic feel of it in the entire room, but fear it would cost me lots!
