Hi girls,

Can FH wear a white tuxedo shirt with an ivory vest/tie?? My dress is off white/ivory.

they told me in the bridal salon to make sure fh orders a off white shirt if i have an ivory dress.

No ivory shirts!!

Though I suppose it's less of an issue if he is wearing ivory vest and tie. I'd personally have him in white shirt, and white pique vest/tie, unless your dress is really off white or ivory, then i'd go with black.

FH is wearing and ivory vest and tie with a white shirt.

He originally tried the ivory shirt on, but I didn't like it at all. Even the tux guy said that he looked 'dirty'

do off white or lean more towards the ivory family, ivory and white kinda clash. my friend got married in ivory, her flower girls were in white and pictures did not look good at all. the bride is supposed to stand out! =D

There is an ivory vest/tie set that matches the color of my dress exactly. And originally we were going to go with the ivory shirt - but we wanted to have the shirt tailored to fit FH better and we can't do it to the rental shirt, so we were looking to buy one, but we can't find an ivory shirt that fits FH (16 neck, 36/37 sleeve)...

My dress was ivory and my DH and groomsmen all wore white and they looked great together. No dirty looking shirts or dress. lol
