White Strips..

Does anyone know what brand really works??

I called my dentist and what he recommends will take weeks to work he said. I want something quick and easy. Any ideas??

I just started using the crest premium strips and think that they are working. I've only done 3 days - and once a day instead of twice until I get used to them. My gums are a little sensitive from them, but that is supposedly temporary - they work otherwise.

I just started using the regular crest white strips. I hope they work, I waited until the last minute!

My dentist told me that they work really well, but my teeth are too sensitive for them - I had to stop using them.

I used White Light..I bought it in duane reade and it really worked. It was $20

katie, the box says it whitens your teeth in 10 days. Last time I used them for an event, I started 3 weeks before...because I wanted to use 2 boxes (Im always over the edge LOL). I am about to start a new box on Sept. 1....just 16 days before the wedding :)

I started now just to see how they would work. I might hold off a little now since they seem to work quick, and start up again a few weeks before.

I used the Crest ones and they really worked, but made my teeth so sensitive, I had to stop using them before I finished the pack!

Just be carefull, especiatlly if you have never used them before...I would make sure you are finished at least a week before the wedding. I had bad gum sensitivity and I wouldnt want that discomfort too close to the wedding. I should be finished with mine at the end of the week.

I talked to my dentist today about this. He said to use Crest White strips and make sure I finish the box. He said to then buy a second box and use it 2-3 times per week to maintain the brightness (because I smoke), and to make sure I use it everyday the week before the wedding.

He also said that when I use the very first one and take it off I should notice a difference that will fade by the end of the day, but by Day 3 it would be back to the whiteness of the first day, and Day 4 would be like Day 2 etc.

The Crest White Strips CLASSIC work the best. They have made a huge difference in my teeth! Those are the ones that you need to use for 2 weeks - 2x a day - 30 mins each time. I have had problems with sensitivity in the past but ths time I used Crest Pro Health mouthwash everyday and felt little to no sensitivity. Another good mouthwash is ACT Restoring.
