white to my shower

I am having a tea party and thought this was a cute dress what do you girls think???? is is weird to wear white???

I think the dress is so cute. But I also think I am in the minority here that thinks that white should be saved for the wedding.....so i did not wear white for my shower and def. wont be wearing white for the rehearsal. But most people on here are wearing white so I say do what you are comfortable with.

That dress is adorable! And I don't think that it is unusual to wear white. It's a shower for you and you should do what you want.

Unless you're klutzy like me. I'll be wearing white on my wedding day and that's it. I only need one opportunity to spill food/drinks/etc. all over my self, because that is just what I tend to do! :D

ITA! To be totally honest and not to be offensive I think the dress looks kinda 80's with the lace and ruffles.(I'm also on my blackberry so maybe it looks diff to me) If its a tea party you may want to look for something a lil more refined to go with the theme. Just not crazy about the dress, But totally just my opinion.

i think its fine to wear white to your shower, i personally dont know if i would cuz id want to save my wedding for that but i wouldnt see anything wrong with that

I think its an adorable dress!
I wore white to shower AND rehearsal dinner!!!

Take advantage - you can hardly ever wear white again! (get dressed up for dinners or other peoples weddings - no white! :( )
