I honestly don't think FH would notice the difference, go for ivory if you like how it looks on you!

mine is ivory but nobody even notices if its white or ivory unless you tell them- ivory and off-white both still look white

White vs. Ivory

It can depend on the dress, but some dresses just look better and more flattering in ivory. Go with what looks good on you! You don't want to wear white for the sake of tradition if it doesn't feel right.

White vs. Ivory

Mine is Ivory.. I was actually between antique white and ivory because Eve of Miladys most popular color is Antique White which looked silvery to me so I ordered Ivory as a happy medium!

I think you should go with what's best for you, I'm sure he will love it in the end. I personally don't want white..I want either off-white or Ivory
